Angela Homsi is a sustainable tech entrepreneur and investor, building and growing solutions driving systemic change towards a clean, inclusive and safer world. Homsi spent 12 years as an investor portfolio manager, macro trader, and economic development expert at Generation Investment Management, Goldman Sachs, and with Sir Ronald Cohen’s Portland Trust in London, the Middle East, and New York. Homsi then co-founded Ignite Power, championing universal access to clean and affordable energy, internet and other vital needs at scale in Africa, pioneering a last-mile model at the crossroads of climate finance, innovation, and governments. Homsi also leads emerging impact funds, serves on the investment committee of Microvest, and sits on multiple sustainable tech startups’ and non-profit boards. Homsi is also an enthusiast guest lecturer and media contributor.
